Fill this out and your contract lands in your inbox within 24 hours on a weekday. Sending this does not commit you to anything. The contract does, and you will read that first.

Nothing here is a trick question, but a few fields catch people out if the details are not in front of them.
- Contact
- Both of your phone numbers and email addresses, plus a mailing address for the contract.
- The venue
- Your venue name and your start and end times. Not sure on times yet? Put your best estimate, we can adjust before you sign.
- The booking
- Which DJ and which package you are going with. If you are not certain, say so in the notes and we will confirm on the phone.
Everything below goes straight onto the agreement, so spell names the way you want them printed.
What reserves your date is the signed agreement plus the deposit. $500 with most of our DJs, 30% with Nate. Until both land, the date is still technically open.
